Project title: Upgrade Hotel Carinthia

Through the European structural and investment funds, the company D.M.T. DI DALLA MORA CLAUDIO & C. S.A.S. (Hotel Carinthia) was able to implement an intervention aimed at improving the competitiveness and attractiveness of the structure in the reference market and its modernization.

Specifically, the objectives achieved are: Transition from seasonal to annual; Interception of wellness customers and big spenders; Maximization of energy efficiency and green (photovoltaic preparation, charging column for electric vehicles).

Specifically, the interventions carried out are: Raising of 2 floors with the creation of very large rooms; Consolidation and implementation of the catering service, enhancing the typical food and wine of the Veneto; Creation of a wellness area; Advanced home automation of the spaces; Installation of a charging column for electric vehicles; Customer service with hiring of qualified personnel.

The overall contribution granted is equal to € 170,436.88
